FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why work with breath, body, energy? What about the mind?

Working with the mind — through modalities like talk therapy — can be deeply valuable, and often works beautifully alongside more body- and energy-based approaches.

At the same time, a large part of our inner experience happens below the surface of conscious awareness. Breath, body, and energy are some of the most effective gateways to reach that space — not only to release tension, emotions, trauma, or limiting beliefs, but also to build the inner wiring needed to hold and embody new, higher frequencies. As Dr. Sue Morter puts it: “If something’s not flowing in your life, it’s likely not flowing in your body.”

Are there any contraindications?

Yes, except Reiki, it is not suitable if you have or are experiencing any of the following:

  • Elderly persons over the age of 75

What truly happens in a session?

A session basically consists of 3 parts:
I) Opening: Using the breath to encourage greater opening, energy flow through the body and calming the nervous system.
II) Diving deeper: Energetic Bodywork (Either Reiki, L.F.A, InnerDance) to help your energy field to release blockages and upgrade our energetic circuitry across all aspects of our being (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual).
III) Integration: Deep relaxation and gentle energy work to integrate the experience.

What you experience through the session is unique to you and if you do multiple sessions you can expect different experiences. It’s not uncommon to feel an increase in energy moving through the body.

You may also experience a physical release/unwinding (e.g. twitches, shaking, movement of the spine), a release of suppressed emotions (e.g. grief, anger, joy) or a new perspective on something. Some people have little to no movement and instead experience a deeply meditative process.

We’re all unique – there’s no right or wrong with this work.

Will I move during the session?

Everyone responds differently. You might feel lots of movement — or very little. Both are perfect. Your experience might also evolve over time. The goal isn’t to move in the session, but to experience more movement and freedom in your life.

I have no prior experience with breathwork, yoga, meditation etc. – will this work for me?

Yes. You don’t need any prior experience. The session is guided in a way that naturally opens your body and system, so you can meet the energy work from exactly where you are.

It doesn’t matters how many years of spiritual practice a participant had but what matters is your inherent openness to Being. (spiritual training can of course open that, it helps, but not required at all).

How do I prepare for a session?

Take a moment to set a clear intention — how would you like to feel after the session?

Stay well hydrated on the day of your session and try to avoid eating for at least 3–4 hours beforehand.

As you’ll stay fully dressed throughout the session, please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes.

What can I expect after the session?

I’ll give you a few tips post-session. Because this work is deep, your system may take 3–4 days to fully process it.

You might feel tired, emotional, or notice detox signs like headaches or body aches — all part of your body releasing and rebalancing.

Whatever arises, the key is to go gently: rest, hydrate well, eat nourishing food, and allow space for your emotions without judgment.

How many sessions do I need?

A single session can already be impactful.

For Life-Force Activation and InnerDance, if you’re looking to walk on the path of awakening, there’s no minimum “needed”, the more you have session, the more your system gets rid of its weight and you will connect to your innate healing intelligence system… it only depends of your desire to go deeper in the process. I still recommend to have a small break between sessions for your nervous system to rest until you feel ready for another one. With this kind of work, spaciousness is key.

However, with Reiki, it’s common to get 4 sessions within 10 days. The 2 first ones aim to clean the energetic body and the 2 others to start a high vibrating cycle of energy that will last longer throughout your daily life.

What gives you the capacity to guide this kind of work?

Beyond certifications and multiple training that I had, my approach is rooted in a profound and ongoing personal journey of healing, transformation, and spiritual exploration that has unfolded over my path.

It has included deep immersion into somatic practices, altered states of consciousness, energy work, plant medicine, and shamanic traditions — as someone who has walked through the fire of my own process. I continue to learn, integrate, and evolve every day.

It’s this lived experience — combined with a deep commitment to presence, integrity, and inner alignment — that allows me to hold grounded, transformative spaces for others.
