WHAT IS BREATHWORK ?
getting high on your own supply
Breathwork is a powerful conscious breathing practice that uses the breath as a gateway to access deep states of awareness, healing, and transformation. Through specific breathing patterns, it helps bypass the analytical mind, dissolve emotional blockages, and reconnect with the intelligence of the body and spirit.
Rather than controlling or forcing outcomes, breathwork creates a safe space for what needs to move, release, or awaken to naturally rise to the surface. Whether it’s suppressed emotions, stagnant energy, or buried memories, the breath clears pathways for integration and expansion. It is a journey inward — raw, real, and deeply liberating.
With continued practice, breathwork can regulate the nervous system, reset emotional patterns, and open portals to altered states of consciousness. It’s a return to your truth through the simplest and most ancient tool you have: your breath.
HOW A SESSION LOOKS LIKE
You’ll lie comfortably on a yoga mat, eyes closed, while music is played to guide and support your experience. I’ll guide you into a specific breathing rhythm — often a circular or conscious connected breath — and remain present to hold the space, encourage emotional safety, and assist with energetic integration if needed.
Prefer not to be touched? No problem
The entire process can be done without physical contact, and your comfort always comes first.
The music played during a breathwork session is not just an ambiance — it’s a powerful ally. Each track is chosen to support emotional release, energetic shifts, and altered states. It helps soften the mind, activate inner landscapes, and deepen the breath’s impact. Music, breath, and intention work together to carry you beyond the limits of the thinking mind.

WHAT MIGHT YOU EXPERIENCE ?
CORE REWIRE – AWAKEN YOUR INNER INTELLIGENCE
Everyone’s breathwork journey is unique. Some experience physical sensations, emotional breakthroughs, or altered perceptions of time and space. Others may enter deep stillness or have visionary insights. All of it is valid — the breath simply brings up what’s ready to be seen, felt, and healed.
The real transformation happens beneath the surface — in your nervous system, emotional body, and unconscious mind.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need any prior experience to try breathwork?
No experience is necessary. You’ll be guided step by step, receiving clear guidance throughout, including how to breathe, when to shift pace, and how to integrate the experience after.
Will I always have intense experiences?
Not necessarily. Some sessions are subtle and quiet, while others are intense. The breath gives you what you’re ready for in that moment.
Is Breathwork safe?
Yes, when done properly and with a trained facilitator (trauma information training is key). It’s not recommended for people with serious heart conditions, epilepsy, or severe mental illness — please check with your doctor if unsure.
What happens after the session?
You may feel clear, emotional, tired, or energized.
Allow space for integration and drink water. Sometimes the insights or emotional shifts continue in the days after.
