Reiki is an alternative healing method that stimulates self-healing and rebalances the holistic levels (physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual).
Through scanning the body energetic knots and laying on of hands, universal life energy – Ki – is passed on and healing occurs.
Reiki heals by flowing through the affected parts of the energy field and charging them with high pure energy. It raises the vibratory level of the energy field in and around the physical body where the negative thoughts, feelings, memories, traumas are attached. This causes the dense “negative” energy to dissolve.
HOW HEALING HAPPENS
Your energy field, or aura, is constantly interacting with the world around you. Every experience, every interaction, and even your own thoughts and emotions influence your energetic state. Negative emotions like fear, grief, and stress can create stagnant energy, making you feel stuck or overwhelmed. On the other hand, positive emotions like love, gratitude, and joy raise your vibration, allowing you to feel light, open, and in flow.
Just as we shower daily to cleanse our physical bodies, we also need to cleanse and reset our energetic field. This is where Reiki comes in.
