Everything in this world is made up of energy and has its own frequency. This means it radiates this energy in a specific wavelength.
This energy resonates with whatever surrounds it and can attrack or attune with the same frequency around.
A plant has its own wavepatterns as well as people are vibrating in a certain but changing frequency all the time. So do our organs and the endocrine system, which is related to the chakras.

In the same way that a radio must be tuned to the right frequency to receive a clear signal, energy transmission — like in Life Force Activation — goes through the same process.
A resonance between the sender and the receiver happens. This isn’t just metaphorical. In physics, resonance occurs when a system vibrates at a specific frequency in response to an external stimulus of the same or compatible frequency.
When the match is right, the transfer of energy becomes seamless, powerful, and transformative.
In L.F.A, the facilitator has their Kundalini energy awakened to the point of being able to tap into the frequency of it. This attunement then resonates with the participants’ Kundalini and triggers it to become more active, if the receiver is ready for it.
This is not a full Awakening where the full energy rises from the root to the crown, but will slowly find its way to open more and more energy channels for the energy to flow freely.
